Exchanges & Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, HANNAOLENIK.COM is pleased to offer a return within 14 days of your order’s arrival for a full refund.

Extended Holiday Returns:  
Hanna Olenik Jewelry is not responsible for shipping charges on returned or exchanged merchandise. We recommend you return items using FedEx or UPS, and we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipment for exchanges or returns.

Returned items must include their original packaging and must not have been worn. Items that show apparent signs of use or abuse will not be accepted.

Merchandise received by a customer as a result of an exchange is not considered a “new order”, and may only be re-exchanged at the discretion of Hanna Olenik jewelry customer service representatives. You are required to ask the customer service representative for a return code. No refunds will be given for packages sent to us without a return code.

All custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned, except for exchange due to sizing issues.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received by us and inspected for wear, we will send you an e-mail notification confirming the receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days of the receipt of your returned item.

If you have not received your refund in a timely manner, please contact your bank/credit card company first. There is often a long processing time before a refund is posted.

Refunds will be made in United States Dollars (USD), which means you may receive more or less money than you initially spent, depending on the prevailing foreign exchange rates, as well as your local currency.

REPAIRS
Hanna Olenik Jewelry cannot guarantee that repairs will be possible for items damaged through extraordinary circumstances or unreasonable or reckless use and treatment. Any such determinations of use and treatment will be at Hanna Olenik Jewelry’s discretion.

If damaged components must be replaced, they will be replaced with components as close to the originals as possible and may have additional costs. Due to the nature of natural stones, it can be difficult to find similar replacements as no two stones are the same.

Please contact our customer services for repairs and provide us with your full name, e-mail, phone number, country, your order number, a detailed description of the damage to your item and how it occurred. We will do our best to handle your query as soon as possible, typically within 1 working day.

WARRANTY
HANNAOLENIK.COM offers a limited warranty on all our pieces, where damage results from normal wear and tear or from defective merchandise. We vigorously test the quality of our jewelry before sending it to you, and we are certain defective merchandise won’t ever reach you – but we do take precautions just in case!

Please get in touch with us within 2 months of purchase in case a defect has occurred, we will do our utmost to ascertain how the damage occurred and whether it falls under warranty. If you get in touch over 2 months after the purchase, repairs may still be made at our customer services representative’s discretion.

Please note that semi-precious stones vary in hardness, which can cause softer stones to break or crack if not handled properly. We are not responsible for broken or cracked stones coming from wear and tear. Repairs required for wear and tear come at a fee. 

CARE
Hanna Olenik jewelry is by the best jewellers, with delicate, intricate and luxurious materials.

When not in use, please store your jewelry in the original packaging or a soft pouch to avoid scratching.

As with all precious metals, it is advisable to remove your jewelry when washing hands, swimming, or applying body care products. Chemicals can alter the lustre of your beautiful piece of jewelry.
